To Our Valued Members,

We appreciate the patience and understanding you’ve exhibited over the last year as we’ve served you in different ways to meet your financial needs. For many of you, your preferred method to perform transactions was at our ATM network and by utilizing our online and mobile services. While we continue to encourage our members to utilize our drive up windows and virtual services, several of our branch lobbies are open in a modified capacity to serve your financial needs.

Our Wethersfield Main Office, and our Newington, Bloomfield, Middletown and Niantic locations are open with protective guidelines in place to conduct your transactions. The safety of our members and employees is of the utmost importance, therefore, when visiting a branch we kindly ask our members to recognize the following guidelines:

  • You'll find Protective Shields have been put in place at each member service area
  • There will be a Greeter at each of these branch offices to guide you through your branch journey
  • We will be limiting the number of members allowed in our branches
  • Masks/Face Coverings: You will be required to wear a face covering upon entering our branch. We kindly ask that you remove your hat and sunglasses when entering the branch, and we may also ask you to temporarily remove your face covering for identification and security purposes. 
  • Hand sanitizer will be available
  • We ask that you observe 6-foot social distancing requirements

Wethersfield and Newington Branches

Lobby Hours:   Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
                          Saturday:             9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Drive-Thru:      Monday - Wednesday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
                         Thursday and Friday:  8:30 am - 6:00 pm
                         Saturday:                      9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Bloomfield and Niantic Branches

Lobby Hours:   Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
                          Saturday:             9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Middletown Branch

Lobby Hours:   Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

All "Self-Service" Access channels are available to you to perform your banking transactions and manage your accounts 24/7:

  • Online and Mobile Banking – If you have not enrolled in online banking services, please enroll today. Mobile Check Deposit allows you to transmit your checks remotely anytime.
  • Visa Debit Card – If you do not have a Visa Debit Card, please give us a call during normal business hours at 800-842-1778.
  • Apply for a loan or open an account online. Our online loan and account opening process is easy, secure and convenient for you.
  • Drive-up ATM service is available at our Wethersfield Main Office and Newington branch. These ATMs will accept deposits in addition to allowing you to withdraw funds.
  • Walk-up ATM service is available at our Bloomfield, West Hartford and Niantic branches. These ATMs will also accept deposits in addition to allowing you to withdraw funds. 
  • If you work at the Dominion Power Plant or the Eversource Main Office in Berlin, we have ATMs deployed at those locations.

Additionally, your credit union through its partnership with the Allpoint Network provides access to more than 55,000 ATMs, surcharge-free.
