Available Positions

Be the point where systems run smarter.

At Dutch Point Credit Union, the technology behind the scenes matters just as much as the experience in front of it.

Our core systems power everything — from member transactions to lending, reporting, and daily operations. We’re looking for a Core Solutions Analyst who can help keep those systems running smoothly while continuously looking for ways to make them better.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and being the person others count on when systems need attention.

Why This Role Matters

Keeping Things Moving

You’ll help maintain the systems that support the day-to-day operations of the credit union — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency.

Turning Problems Into Solutions

From troubleshooting issues to configuring enhancements, you’ll help teams across the organization work more efficiently and with less friction.

Progress Behind the Scenes

The work you do may happen behind the curtain, but its impact is felt everywhere — improving workflows, reducing disruptions, and helping employees better serve members.

What You’ll Step Into

You’ll support and help optimize the Symitar core banking system and related technologies that power the credit union.

Your work will include:

  • Supporting system administration, configurations, updates, and enhancements
  • Troubleshooting issues and identifying practical solutions
  • Building and modifying PowerOn programs to support business needs
  • Managing document mapping processes and batch jobs
  • Supporting system-connected devices and operational technologies across the organization

You’ll also help improve workflows, reduce manual processes, and support ongoing system performance and reliability.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take what’s complex and make it work better.

  • Support the daily administration and maintenance of the Symitar core banking system
  • Configure system settings, updates, reports, and operational changes
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with vendors when needed
  • Support testing and deployment of system updates and enhancements
  • Help improve system-related processes across departments
  • Assist with automation, batch processing, and system integrations
  • Provide reliable support that helps teams stay productive and moving forward

How You’ll Work

This role requires strong follow-through, curiosity, and problem-solving.

You’ll manage competing priorities, collaborate across teams, and help keep momentum moving while balancing both day-to-day needs and larger improvements.

Success in this role comes from staying organized, thinking critically, and being proactive when opportunities for improvement arise.

What You Bring

You’ve built experience working with core systems and enjoy finding smarter ways to solve problems.

  • 3+ years of experience in a Jack Henry Symitar environment
  • Hands-on experience with PowerOn programming, system configuration, and batch processing
  • Experience supporting production systems and resolving issues in real time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt in a fast-moving environment

Experience with MeridianLink, automation initiatives, SQL, Power BI, or working within a credit union or financial institution is a plus.

What You Can Expect

  • A role with meaningful impact across the organization
  • Opportunities to improve systems and help shape smarter processes
  • A collaborative, practical team environment
  • Full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, EAP, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more
  • Free parking and flexibility based on business needs

Be the point behind every great member experience.

When members think about great service, they usually remember the person who helped them. What they don't always see are the people behind the scenes who make that experience possible.

As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you'll be the connection between great operations and great member experiences. You'll partner with teams across the credit union, solve challenges, and provide the support that helps our branches serve members with confidence. While much of your work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt in every interaction.

What You'll Step Into

No two days in Deposit Operations look exactly alike.

One day you might be researching a complex member account for a branch. The next, you're reviewing IRA transactions, supporting legal requests, completing operational audits, or helping improve a process that makes life easier for your teammates.

If you enjoy work that keeps you thinking, gives you variety, and lets you make a difference beyond your own desk, you'll find plenty of opportunity here. Every day brings new questions to answer, new challenges to solve, and new ways to support the people around you.

What You'll Do

As part of our Deposit Operations team, you'll help ensure our branches and internal teams have the support they need to deliver an exceptional member experience. Along the way, you'll:

  • Support member account maintenance, research requests, and operational inquiries
  • Assist branch staff by researching issues and communicating with members when needed
  • Complete account and operational audits to help maintain quality and compliance
  • Support IRA administration, including transaction quality control, death claims, and required minimum distributions
  • Process legal and regulatory requests, including tax levies, bank executions, subpoenas, and escheatment activities
  • Post payments, maintain member account information, and support other key deposit operations functions
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues, improve workflows, and strengthen operational processes
  • Contribute to knowledge resources and continuous improvement initiatives that help the entire organization succeed

Who You Are

You're someone people rely on.

You enjoy figuring things out, bringing order to complexity, and helping teammates find answers. You take pride in doing work that's thoughtful, dependable, and makes a difference—even when it happens behind the scenes.

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and continuous improvement
  • Working knowledge of IRA products, IRS regulations, and deposit operations is preferred

Why You'll Love Working Here

At Dutch Point, every role contributes to something bigger. We believe the best work happens when people feel supported, trusted, and encouraged to grow. Whether you're building your expertise, sharing ideas, or helping a teammate succeed, you'll be part of a team that genuinely wants to see you thrive.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • A collaborative culture built on respect, service, and continuous growth

Help move our members—and your career—forward.

Join a team where your expertise supports every member experience, your ideas are valued, and your work makes a difference every single day.

We'd love to see what you'll bring to Dutch Point.
