Mortgage Loan Errors and Requests for Information

If you believe an error has occurred with respect to your mortgage loan or you need additional information, you must send a written notice to: Dutch Point Credit Union, Inc. Attention: Mortgage Department 195 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT 06109. In your letter please provide the following information: account number, your name, and a detailed description of what you believe is wrong.

Address Changes

To submit a change of address, simply log into Online Banking or print, fill out and sign our change of address form. Change of address forms can be dropped of in any branch location, sent in the mail to the address above, or faxed to the credit union at the fax number listed above.
