Better Banking Is On Its Way!

 

We know your days can be busy and complicated, that’s why we want your digital banking experience to be easy, reliable, and secure. Because of that, we’re excited that we’ll be providing an updated digital banking experience in the near future! Both our online and mobile banking platforms will be upgraded to provide you with a unified banking experience across all your devices. 

We are providing a number of resources to help you navigate our new platform. This includes a page of "How-To" Guides which can help you maximize your new banking experience.

 

Important Notice: Internet Explorer No Longer Supported for Online Banking

In preparation for our Digital Banking upgrade, we want to make you aware that Internet Explorer will no longer be a supported browser for Online Banking access. If you are using Internet Explorer to access Online Banking, please discontinue using this browser and download a supported browser below.

If you are already using Online Banking through one of the supported browsers listed above, no additional action is required. 

 

What You Need to Know at First Login

At first login, you will have to re-enroll. Enrollment is easy - after you validate your information and select a Login ID (previously referred to as a User ID) you will be prompted to choose a password. As part of the new sign-in process, a Secure Access Code will be sent via text, email or phone call.

Mobile App Users: Our iPhone, iPad and Android apps will also be updated. Your app will update automatically if you have automatic app updates enabled on your device. You can update your app manually by navigating to your device's app store and searching for Dutch Point Credit Union.

New Digital Banking Features

Account holders will notice some exciting changes to their digital experience. Account holders will be able to:

  • Establish one Login ID in Digital Banking, which will provide access to all your Dutch Point accounts on one home screen. This will include all accounts on which you are a primary owner or joint owner.
  • Access self-service Login ID and password resets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Customize your Digital Banking home screen by arranging accounts into groups, or hiding accounts you prefer not to see.
  • Joint owners will be able to register for Digital Banking and have their own login credentials.
