Hours of Operation

Effective May 4 our drive-up and Call Center hours have changed.

We understand that due to COVID-19, the safeguards put in place by local and state governments have impacted your daily lives, and subsequently, the way you've been accustomed to transacting your banking business. Although we closed our branch lobbies, our Wethersfield and Newington drive-up hours were extended to accommodate the expected increase in member traffic. As we all adapt to the current situation, we have been monitoring member activity at our drive-up windows. Traffic has decreased; therefore, we are modifying the drive-up hours to more effectively allocate our resources to serve you better. Additionally, our Call Center hours have been modified as well.
We will continue to monitor our drive-up traffic along with Call Center volume and will make adjustments to the new hours if needed. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we remain focused on the safety and well-being of our members, staff and community during this coronavirus pandemic.

New Hours of Operation:
Wethersfield and Newington Drive-Up:
Monday - Wednesday:   8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Thursday and Friday:     8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday:                        9:00 am - 12:30 pm
Call Center:
Monday - Friday:   8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday:               9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Drive-up locations are: Wethersfield Branch, 195 Silas Deane Highway and Newington Branch, 465 Willard Avenue.

We also have night drop boxes available at our Wethersfield and Newington branches and transactions will be processed the same business day they are received.  

ATM Service

  • Drive-up ATM service is available at our Wethersfield Main Office and Newington branch. These ATMs will accept deposits in addition to allowing you to withdraw funds.
  • Walk-up ATM service is available at our Bloomfield, West Hartford and Niantic branches. The ATMs in Bloomfield, West Hartford and Niantic will accept deposits in addition to allowing you to withdraw funds.
  • If you work at the Dominion Power Plant or the Eversource Main Office in Berlin, we have ATMs deployed at those locations.
  • Additionally, your credit union through its partnership with the Allpoint Network provides access to more than 55,000 ATMs, surcharge-free.

Convenience Services

Please be sure to take advantage of the following automated services that are available to you to perform your banking transactions.

  • Visa Debit Card – If you do not have a Visa Debit Card, please give us a call during normal business hours at 800-842-1778.
  • Online and Mobile Banking – If you have not enrolled in online banking services, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you. Mobile Check Deposit allows you to transmit your checks remotely anytime.
  • Apply for a loan or open an account online by visiting dutchpoint.org. Our online loan and account opening process is easy, secure and convenient for you.
