Tanner was acknowledged by
American Banker for the many initiatives she has led in her 17-year career at Dutch Point. Tanner is a strong supporter for promoting from within the credit union. She formed a committee to develop a Human Resources three-year strategic plan. She believes this is an important program to align the credit union’s people strategy with their business strategy.
