We have been made aware of an issue affecting Credit Card eStatement email notification delivery to Cox Cable and Comcast Cable email addresses. Cardholders may have been mailed a letter in error advising that their email address was not valid, and to contact the credit union to update their information. This issue only affects the informational email notification sent to cardholders that their statement is ready to view online. All Credit Card eStatements are still accessible through the Visa Access area of Online Banking.
