Provided below are tips to assist our members with our new eStatement program:

Enrollment

  • Simply go to DPCU OnLine, log-in and click on the eStatement Tab.
  • If you are not an eStatement member, you will need to register and accept the disclosure agreement. By accepting this agreement you are agreeing to receive all daily notices electronically.

Cancellation

  • Go to your eStatement account select "settings", then select "Discontinue/Resume accounts", check the "discontinue" box, click submit.
  • By cancelling eStatement service, you will automatically cancel all other electronic statements: Daily Notices and Tax Forms.
  • When you cancel eStatement service, you will continue to have past eStatements and notices available for 12 months, they will roll off after the 12th month.

Account Statement History

If you need account statement history, this is made available with eStatements for January 2010 statement through December 1 - 3, 2010 statement. The Register and Unregister process for eStatements is easy -- if you need history but do not want to receive future account statements as eStatements, enroll in eStatements, download or print the statement history and then discontinue eStatement service by following the directions noted above.
