Director of Lending
Dutch Point Credit Union in Wethersfield is looking to fill a Director of Lending position. Ideal candidate will have diverse lending background with extensive mortgage, consumer, and indirect lending experience, sound credit risk expereience, strong sales leadership skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of progressive management experience within a financial institution with a proven ability to strategically lead a lending operation. Must have highly effective interpersonal skills, written communication skills, and exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
