52nd Annual Meeting Highlights

Over 90 members attended the credit union's 52nd Annual Meeting. Members were greeted by the credit union Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee members as they arrived to the meeting. Members received a special door prize and the younger members also received a special gift.

Prior to the start of the Annual Meeting, the members were entertained by a magician who brought laughter to everyone in the audience.

Chairman of the Board, Mr. Michael W. Dwyer, spoke to the members about highlights from 2012 and upcoming events in 2013. Mr. August L. DeFrance, Treasurer, presented the 2012 Financial Report.

Chairman of the Nominating Committee, Mr. Michael E. Curtin, reviewed the qualifications of the candidates for the Board of Directors. The 3 three-year vacancies were filled by Mr. August L. DeFrance, Mr. Robert E. DeRoehn, and Mr. Francis R.N. Proto.  The two-year vacancy was filled by Mr. Richard S. Zajack.

At the conclusion of the meeting, raffles were held for voting members as well as non-voting members. Many great prizes were raffled.
